By Nic Walker Simply the best We have used Country Cats for the last 20 years and will continue to so so as long as we have cats. Liz runs a superb cattery and can't do enough for her "guests". Our present cat was a barn cat and the space in the cattery and the outlook could not be better for her.She comes home hjappy and with no sign of stress and indeed, turns her nose up at the purhased food at home having been eating freshly cooked food on her "holiday".
We would have no hesitation in recommending Liz and her cattery to anyone. To coin a phrase she's simply the best.

However we know we can go away and relax once we have left our two Korats, Sapphire (15) and George (3) with Liz at Country Cats.Her beautiful cattery is set in peaceful grounds and all pens are immaculate,warm and spacious. Food is tasty and freshly prepared and our cats are always given lots of love,care and attention.
During a recent visit Sapphire was taken ill and after taking her to the vet , Liz gave her electrolyte fluid every couple of hours until she started eating - for which we cannot thank her enough. This is a typical example of how much Liz has cared for our cats duirng the sixteen years we have been using the cattery. Her knowledge of cat physiology and psychology is incredible - I am sure she was a cat in her previous life. I have been using this cattery for the last nine years and would recommend it highly. I have two cats who share when they stay, and the environment is calm and comfortable. The gardens are lovely and provide hours of entertainment for bird watching! I feel very reassured when I leave my cats, that Liz and Sally are aware of their peculiar little habits, such eating in separate places and the eldest being very grumpy towards his sister. They always come home happy and settle back to normal life again as if they have never been away. By D. We left our two Birman kittens and our 19 year old cat at country cats at the end of August. We were a little worried about the 3 of them sharing the same large pen as they are quite boisterous and can get on grandmas nerves, especially at meal times. But Liz was amazing with them, she made sure that our older cat could eat in peace and I dare say they are all getting along better than when we left them. I have sent my old cat to Country Cats on many occasions, and he has always been well cared for and has enjoyed receiving his special diet. The cattery is in a lovely location and the cats look out onto an enclosed garden. By Ann (Tarrington)
I have now used Country Cats cattery several times and it's the best cattery I have ever used. My cat is a nervous rescue cat whose first line of defence is attack when she is afraid and on her first visit she was initially aggressive. However, Liz used her magic touch and calmed and relaxed her. Liz provides a great selection of fresh food and gave my cat lots of affection.
